JAMB Plans UTME Examination Centre in Canada from 2027
JAMB is working towards opening a UTME centre in Ottawa, Canada, to make it easier for eligible Nigerians in Canada and North America to sit the examination.
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) is working towards establishing a Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination centre in Ottawa, Canada, with operations expected to begin in 2027. The proposed centre is intended to make the UTME more accessible to eligible Nigerians living in Canada and other parts of North America, reducing the need to travel to Nigeria solely to sit the examination. Candidates should follow official JAMB announcements for confirmation of dates, registration procedures and eligibility.
