JAMB Restores CAPS and Urges Institutions to Accelerate 2026/2027 Admissions
JAMB said its Central Admissions Processing System had been restored and urged tertiary institutions to accelerate admission processing for the 2026/2027 academic session.
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board announced that its Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) had been restored following a temporary disruption. JAMB urged tertiary institutions to accelerate admission processing to recover lost time and meet the published 2026/2027 deadlines. Candidates who receive offers are advised to check their CAPS profiles and respond promptly. Candidates awaiting NECO results should also ensure that their results are uploaded or verified where required.
