Chapter one
Standard form

2.. Second Block : Decimal
The second block of logic SF is called decimal. Decimal means those who fail to keep or pass a given standard.
a. SPL: Education
If an institution (school) sets a standard some will fail, that is some will not be able to pass the standard (examination).
b. SPL: Rule of Law
Once a law is passed, some persons cannot be able to keep that law. These persons are the decimal.

c. Mathematical View/Pake’s Atom
Express 912 in standard form.

D. The Rule of the Game
SPL: Education
If an institution (school) sets a standard (exam), some students must pass. Simply put, some students must keep the standard which symbolizes whole number while others must fail representing decimal.
If all the students passed, no standard. Also if all the students failed, no standard.
This rule states that standard must not be too low for everyone to pass nor too high for all to fail. This rule is called Standard R-Game (SRG).

E. SRG: Mean focus in the legislature.
SRG(standard R-Game) is a major factor one must consider before setting a law (standard) in a society or country. A law cannot be too flexible or too rigid for the masses (people).
