Unknown One Whole Number:

All problems have solutions, this statement can only be true when a problem is mentioned and it will be of your interest to know that the solution will just appear.
Challenges or problems are uncountable but can be specific/known by someone when he/she encounters some. Specifically, one can recall or gives his present condition. If a mathematical problem is not written, one cannot categorically give a step/process , guideline to the solution talk more of the answer.
For more clarity, one cannot be forced to take medication when he/she is healthy. Until one is sick and diagnosed to know the type of sickness/disease, only then a specific type of medication can be prescribed to effect the cure.
A. The Unknown Expression
A number must be written before one can express it in standard form. In standard all problems must be given before one can express it in standard form.
In standard form all problems must be given before one can think of a solution. That is, If an answer is given and one is asked to give the problem then it is simply a logical problem and not standard.
